摘要
随着知识时代的到来,人的个性和全面发展普遍受到尊重,用科学的发展观来指导高校教育管理理念是社会发展和新时代人才培养的必然选择。实施"以人为本"的教育管理理念及其此理念对学生培养和发展具有重大意义。
With the advent of the knowledge era, the human personality and development in an all-around way is becoming respected. Using the scientific concept of development to guide the management of education in higher edueation is the inevitable choice of social development and personnel training in a new era. Papers highlight an important role that the concept of ＂peopleoriented＂ education management plays in today＇s higher education.
