摘要
通过有机化处理,将环氧树脂(EP)基体树脂插入到纳米蒙脱土(MMT)片层间,可实现MMT与EP分子间的纳米插层复合。以基体树脂、增韧剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、填料纳米MMT和固化剂JA-1为4个因素,以纳米MMT/EP胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度为考核指标,采用正交试验法优选纳米MMT/EP胶粘剂的最佳组成,并讨论了在交互作用情况下各因素之间的关系。试验结果表明:当胶粘剂组成为m(E-44)∶m(E-51)∶m(DBP)∶m(MMT)∶m(JA-1)=30∶70∶17∶3∶25时,拉伸剪切强度(为23.65MPa)达到最大值。
The nano-insertion-composite between MMT and epoxy resin(EP) molecule was accomplished when EP matrix resin was inserted between nano-MMT layers by organic treatment. With matrix resin,DBP toughener, nano-MMT filler and JA-1 curing agent as four factors,and the tensile shear strength of nano-MMT/EP adhesive as evaluation index, so the optimal composition of nano-MMT/EP adhesive was preferred by orthogonal experiment method ,and the relationship between various factors was discussed under interaction condition. The experiment results showed that the tensile shear strength (23.65 MPa) was maximum when mass ratio of E-44:E-5 1:DBP:MMT: JA-lwas 30:70:17:3:25 in adhesive composition.
