摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二乙醇胺(DEA)为反应单体,采用阶段升温的方法合成了具有超支化结构的聚氨酯(HBPU)。合成产物经分离提纯后采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和差示扫描量热(DSC)技术进行表征。研究结果表明:反应体系发生了超支化反应,生成了目标产物HBPU;该HBPU的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)达到-59.75℃,可溶于二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)等极性溶剂中;羟值滴定各代生成的HBPU的羟值,第一代HBPU羟值的理论值为4.17,测量值为4.64,说明该HBPU羟值的实测值与理论值比较接近。
With isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and diethanolamine ( DEA ) as reaction monomers, so the polyurethane with hyperbranched structure(HBPU) was synthesized by stage heating method. The synthesis products were separated and purified,then characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ET-IR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The research results indicated that the hyperbranched reaction was happened in reactive system,the target product HBPU was made. The glass transition temperature(T g) of HBPU was -59.75℃. The HBPU could be dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and dimethylfomamide (DMF) and other polar solvent. The theoretical hydroxyl value(4.17) and measuring hydroxyl value (4.64) was almost same for first generation HBPU when hydroxyl value of HBPU was tested by hydroxyl value titration method.
