摘要
在诠释服务与社区卫生服务的概念与特征的基础上,文章讨论了社区卫生服务的质量概念与质量观念,构建了社区卫生服务质量的形成过程及影响因素的概念模型,从过程改进、员工改进与组织改进等三个角度探讨了社区卫生服务机构的服务质量改进途径。
Based on description for the conception & characteristics of service and Community Health Service (CHS),the quality notion & the conception of CHS are discussed, then a conceptual model of the processes influencing factors of Community Health Service Quality (CHSQ)is designed, finally,three improving approaches of CHSQ,including process improvement,staff improvement and organizational improvement for a Community Health Service Center,are explored in the paper.
