摘要
为了寻找突出煤层的高效解突技术,根据工作面突出煤体的显微结构照片和FLAC3D力学软件分析结果,认为软煤低透和高能瓦斯是煤与瓦斯突出的必要条件,提出了突出煤层的循环加压瓦斯透析解突技术.结果表明:低透气性是突出煤层的特点,也是瓦斯抽放的主要障碍,瓦斯加压预裂透析煤体技术,提高煤体瓦斯渗透率的同时可以解突,实施该技术可以在高瓦斯突出煤层工作面实现煤与瓦斯共采.
It is important to look for a method that can efficiently solve the problem of coal and gas outburst from working face.Based on the micro-structural photographs and the analysis by FLAC3D mechanics software,we hold that low air permeability and high energy are necessary conditions for coal and gas outburst and put forward a technique of gas diffusing dialysis circularly pressuring the coal body to prevent coal and gas outburst from taking place.The results show that 1) the coal body pressurization technology can enhance permeability of coal and gas.Low permeability is not only the characteristic of coal seam with the risk of outburst but also the main obstacle of gas drainage,and 2) the technology can be used to realize simultaneous exploitation of coal and methane in coal seams with gas outburst risk.
