背景患者朱先生，男性，35岁，因巨大脑膜瘤收住院行手术治疗。手术后第3天，患者主诉头晕目眩，恶心呕吐，精神萎糜。护士小张清晨来到病房。
Background Patient Mr. Zhu, 35 years old, was admitted to the hospital and received surgical treatment because of a large Meningioma. The third day after the operation, he com plaincd of dizziness, nausea and vomiting, and weakness. Nurse Zhang came to talk to him in the morning.
