浅谈美国大学创新人才培养模式

1998年10月，美国大学率先倡导的“以学生为中心”的理念，被联合国教科文组织写入世界高等教育大会宣言。《宣言》指出：“在当今这个日新月异的世界，高等教育显然需要有以学生为中心的薪的视角和新的模式”，要求“国家和高等院校的决策者应把学生及其需要作为关心的重点，并应将他们视为高等教育改革的主要的和负责的参与者。这应包括学生参与有关高等教育问题的讨论，参与评估，参与课程和教学法的改革，并在现行体制范围内，参与制定政策和院校的管理工作”。可以预计，美国大学“以学生为中心”的经验，必将对整个世界21世纪的高等教育产生深远的影响。

In October 1998, the United States take the lead in advocating the University＇s ＂student-centered＂ concept, the UNESCO World Conference on Higher Education to write the Declaration. ＂Declaration＂ pointed out： ＂In today＇s ever-changing world, there is a clear need for higher education to hew student-centered perspective and a new model＂ that ＂countries and institutions of higher education policymakers should be concerned about the needs of students and their focus, and they should be regarded as a major reform of higher education and responsible participants. This should include issues relating to higher education students to participate in the discussion, in the assess- ment, participate in the reform of curricula and teaching methods and the scope of the existing system to participate in policy formulation and management of institutions. ＂ Can be expected that the American University ＂student-centered＂ experience, the whole world is bound to the 21st century have a profound impact on higher education.
