本文首先分析了三种专利对外应用战略——专利市场许可、专利联盟、专利入股战略的契约性质，然后基于其契约性质，探讨了专利的知识特性、对专利的控制力、专利保护的环境、技术与市场的不确定性对三种专利对外应用战略决策的影响。本文的研究对于理解专利对外应用战略的性质以及对专利对外应用战略的决策具有指导意义。

This paper first analyzes the application of the strategy＇s three patents - patent licensing market, patent Union, the patent of the contractual nature of investment strategy, and then on the basis of their contractual nature, the knowledge of patent characteristics, control of patents, patent protection environment, technology and market uncertainty on the foreign patent applications in three strategic decisionmaking. This study of foreign patent applications for understanding the nature of the strategy, as well as external application of the patent strategy of guiding significance for decision-making.
