夹层融资——企业融资新思路

Mezzanine finance -corporate finance new ideas

传统融资方式包括股权融资和债权融资已经很难满足企业融资的需求。作为兼顾股权融资和债券融资特征的夹层融资，为企业在传统的资本市场和银行借贷之外，开辟了新的融资渠道。本文在介绍夹层融资的基础上通过对其供求分析，提出了该融资方式在中国实施的可行性，并提出我国这方面实践急需解决的问题。

The traditional mode of financing, including equity financing and debt financing has been difficult to meet the needs of corporate finance. As a balance between equity financing and bond financing characteristics of mezzanine finance for enterprises in the traditional capital markets and bank lending, the opened up new financing channels. This paper introduced basis of mezzanine finance the supply and demand through its analysis of the mode of financing the feasibility of the implementation in China, and the practice of this aspect of our urgent problems.
