There is the objective existence of international competitiveness of academic profession among countries under the international competitiveness circumstances, the analysis of influencing factors and interrelationship is not only beneficial to understand the forming mechanism of international competitiveness but also helpful to enhance the international competitiveness of academic profession in Chinese colleges.
