摘要
面对21世纪知识经济的快速发展和挑战,文章从高校发展的必然要求、科研价值管理导向及创新意识培养几个方面,论述了高校科研管理部门必须顺应高校发展形势,不断提高科研管理能力和创新意识,才是高校科研可持续发展的有力保证。
Facing the rapid development and challenges of the 21st century knowledge-based economy, from the perspectives of a necessary requirement for the development of colleges and universfties, scientific research value-oriented management and innovation awareness cultivation, the paper discusses that departments of scientific research management must conform to the development trend of colleges and universities, continuously improve the management of scientific research and innovation awareness, thus providing a powerful guarantee for sustainable development.
