体验式教学在高校职业发展教育教学中的应用——以上海市级精品课程“职业生涯规划与管理”模拟面试课为例

Application of Experience-based Teaching in Employment-oriented Education

目前职业发展教育越来越受到高校普遍关注,而传统的教育方式难以较好培养学生成才。体验式教学采用大学生亲身体验的方式,获得自己的经验,提高大学生的生涯发展自主意识和自我学习动力,以增强适应未来社会环境的就业能力和持续发展能力。

While employment orientation is drawing universal attention in colleges and universities, traditional teaching modes seem inadequate to play the new role. Experience-based teaching is a new method which helps students acquire job experience, promote the sense of independence, and become more motivated in self-study. The new teaching mode will also enhance students＇ ability in job acquisition and in adapting to new social environment.
