低温胁迫对不同砧木黄瓜嫁接苗生理生化指标的影响 被引量:17

Effect of Low Temperature Stress on Physiological and Biochemical Indices of Cucumber Seedlings Grafted on Different Rootstocks

摘要 在低温胁迫条件下,对6种砧木的黄瓜嫁接苗及自根苗的抗冷性生理生化指标的变化规律做了研究。试验结果表明,以崛京隆为砧木的黄瓜嫁接苗叶片的SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性以及Pro、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量均高于其它砧木嫁接苗和自根苗,其电解质渗漏率和MDA含量也最低,说明以崛京隆为砧木的黄瓜嫁接苗的抗冷性最强。 The physiological and biochemical indices of cucumber seedlings grafted on 6 rootstock varieties and self- rooted ones were studied under low temperature stress. The results showed that the activities of SOD, POD, CAT, APX and the contents of Pro, soluble sugar and soluble protein in the leaves of cucumber seedlings grafted on "Juejinglong" rootstocks were higher than those of the others, while the electrotyle leakage and the MDA content were the lowest. So it indicated that the cucumber seedlings grafted on "Juejinglong" rootstocks had the strongest chilling resistance.
