大白菜抗软腐病接种鉴定及抗源筛选研究 被引量:3

摘要 本试验主要研究了大白菜苗龄、接种体浓度以及保湿条件对接种软腐病菌的影响,得出大白菜软腐病苗期接种鉴定的适宜条件是:苗龄5~7叶,接种浓度为3×10^8+/ml,保湿条件为相对湿度90%以上,利用该鉴定方法对20份大白菜资源进行苗期抗病性筛选,得出抗病材料1份,中抗材料7份。 The effects of seedling age of Chinese cabbage, inoculum density and moisture condition on the inoculation of Erwini carotovora var. carotovora Dye optimum conditions for its inoculation were the seedling ind/ml and keeping the relative moisture over 90%. And were studied in this paper. It was concluded that the age of 5 - 7 leaf old, inoculation density of 3 × 108 the resistance of 20 Chinese cabbage materials was identified by this method, then one resistant material and 7 materials with moderate resistance were selected.
