甜菜夜蛾人工饲料配方的改进研究

Study on Improvement of Artificial Diet for Spodoptera exigua

基于一种传统的甜菜夜蛾人工饲料配方,通过增加胆固醇、蜂蜜及琼脂组分,优选出甜菜夜蛾人工饲料新配方。饲养试验表明:改进后饲料配方饲喂的幼虫成活率平均为91.31%,化蛹率平均为89.43%,二者均显著高于原配方(P<0.05);且克服了原饲料随继代数增加,卵孵化率下降的缺点,明显延缓了甜菜夜蛾室内种群的种质衰退。

On the basis of a kind of conventional artificial diets for Spodoptera exigua, a new better one was obtained by assign cholesterol and increasing the contents of agar and honey. The experiment results showed that the rates of larvae survival and pupation were averaged to be 91.31% and 89.43 % respectively in the new diet, and significantly higher than the old one （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the egg hatchability did not decline with the increase of subculture generations, so the depression of Spodoptera exigua population was obviously delayed.
