生物医用AZ31B镁合金表面稀土转化膜的制备及其性能研究 被引量:19

摘要 采用正交实验研究了以CeCl3为主盐的镁合金稀土转化膜处理工艺,在AZ31B镁合金表面制备出较为致密的稀土转化膜。结果表明,该工艺处理后的AZ31B镁合金在生理盐水及Hank’s溶液中,均具有良好的耐蚀性能;表面稀土转化膜具有良好的抗凝血性能。还讨论了转化膜的成膜机理。 A Ce-contained conversion coating was prepared on the surface of AZ31B magnesium alloy. An orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize ,the processing parameters to form a dense conversion coating. It was found that the coatings prepared by optimized processing possessed good corrosion resistance in both physiological saline and Hank's solution, and also good anti-clotting property. The forming principle of the conversion coating on the surface ofAZ31B alloy was also discussed.
