131名男性成年罪犯SCL-90的心理健康调查分析

The SCL-90 investigation of Psychological Health Status in 131 Prisoners

目的了解男性成年罪犯在服刑过程中的心理健康状态。方法采用90项症状清单(Symptom checklist SCL-90)对罪犯进行问卷调查,并用SPSS10.0统计软件进行统计分析以及对罪犯的刑期长短、年龄大小、犯罪类型进行比较。结果发现罪犯总分、总均分、阳性项目明显高于正常人群,除了人际关系敏感因子外,其他因子分明显高于常模,尤以躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性因子得分较为明显。而且刑期、年龄、犯罪类型对罪犯心理健康具有一定的影响。结论监狱的服刑罪犯心理健康状况存在明显的异常,并且需要对不同的罪犯进行具有针对性的心理健康教育辅导。

Objective To evaluate the psychological health status of prisoners.Methods An investigation was conducted in 131 criminals using Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90）.Statistical analyse was processed using the soft of SPSS.Results It was found that the scores of all the factors and the number of positive items were higher in prisoners than those in normal controls.The factor scores were higher than those in normal controls except the sensitive interpersonal relationship,pecially in the subscales of somatization,depression,anxiety and psychoticism.The criminal type、prison term、age have an effect on the psychological health.Conclusion The result indicated that the status of the psychological health of criminal was seriously abnormal,which suggest that a special attention should be paid to the different prisoners on psychological dredging and counseling
