Relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behavior,Turnover Intention,Self-efficacy and Job Performance of Party and Governmental Cadres

摘要 目的对党政干部组织公民行为、离职意向、自我效能感、工作绩效关系进行探讨。方法采用自编的组织公民行为问卷、离职意向问卷、自我效能感问卷、工作绩效问卷对党政干部进行调查,用相关分析、路径分析对数据进行处理。结果党政干部组织公民行为与离职意向存在显著负相关,与自我效能感、工作绩效存在显著正相关,自我效能感与离职意向、工作绩效存在显著正相关。结论党政干部组织公民行为、自我效能感、工作绩效可以直接或间接影响离职意向。 Objective To explore the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior,turnover intention,self-efficacy and job performance of party and governmental cadres.Methods To question the party and governmental cadres by questionnaire on organizational citizenship behavior,turnover intention,self-efficacy and job performance.Correlation and path analysis were used to process the data collected.Results The party and governmental cadres' organizational citizenship behavior negatively correlated with turnover intention and positively correlated with self-efficacy and job performance;self-efficacy positively correlates with turnover intention and job performance.Conclusion The party and governmental cadres' organizational citizenship behavior,self-efficacy and job performance could directly or indirectly influence turnover intention.
