摘要
目的探讨社区干预对精神分裂症患者康复的意义。方法对昆明市盘龙区社区中的精神分裂症患者109例,根据病情和治疗情况开展有计划的干预。采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)及社会功能缺陷筛选表(SDSS)[1]进行效果评定。结果经干预后,病人精神症状明显减少,社会功能缺陷程度明显降低,且干预时间与社会功能恢复呈直线正相关。结论社区干预对精神分裂症患者恢复社会功能,降低残疾程度,减少复发,疗效肯定。
Objective To explore the implications of community intervention on the recovery of schizophrenia.Methods 109 schizophrenia cases are taken from Panlong District,Kunming City,and interventions are conducted systematically basing on the condition and former treatment of patients.BPRS and SDSS are adopted for the assessment of the intervetion effects.Results After intervention,the mental conditions markedly decrease and the level of social disfunction is obviously lower,and positive relationship exists between the duration of intervention and social function instauration.Conclusion Community interventions produce affirmative effects in the instauration of social;functions,decrease of disability degree and reduction of relapse.
