肺癌患者的心身状况特点研究及改善对策

The Psychosomatic State of Patients with Lung Cancer and Improving Strategy

目的综合研究肺癌患者的心身状况特点及改善对策。方法通过中文全文数据库全面检索近10年国内已发表的相关文献,排除不符合选择标准的文献后,应用Meta分析方法对国内6个有关肺癌患者心身状况与常模的对照研究进行定量综合分析,病例组506人。结果对比常模,肺癌患者的症状自评量表(SCL-90)的结果显示,躯体化症状评分升高0.32(95%CI0.28～0.37)、强迫症状评分升高0.19(95%CI0.15～0.24)、人际关系评分升高0.20(95%CI0.15～0.24)、抑郁症状评分升高0.48(95%CI0.43～0.53)、焦虑症状升高0.46(95%CI0.41～0.50)、敌对评分升高0.16(95%CI0.11～0.21)、恐怖症状评分升高0.43(95%CI0.39～0.47)、偏执症状评分升高0.31(95%CI0.26～0.35)、精神病性评分升高0.43(95%CI0.39～0.48),均有显著统计学意义(P<0.00001)。结论肺癌患者存在明显的不良心身状况,有必要对肺癌患者进行心身调节及加强心理卫生的保健。

Objective Comprehensive study of the psychosomatic state of patients with lung cancer and improving strategy.Methods We searched the relevant domestic published literatures of the previous 10 years through the Chinese full text database,excluding those that were irrelevant with our selection criteria.The results of 6 case-control studies on psychosomatic state of Lung cancer patients compared with the Chinese norm were analyzed by Meta-analysis method.The cumulative cases were 506.Results Compared with the norm,lung cancer patients with symptoms check list 90（SCL-90） showed an increase of score of somatization by 0.32（95% CI 0.28～0.37）,score of obsessive -compuisive by 0.19（95% CI 0.15～0.24）,score of interpersonal sensitivity by 0.20（95% CI 0.15～0.24）,score of depression increased 0.48（95% CI 0.43～0.53）,score of anxiety increased 0.46（95% CI 0.41～0.50）,score of hostility by 0.16（95% CI 0.11～0.21）,score of phobivanxeitv by 0.43（95% CI 0.39～0.4）,score of parnoilideation by 0.31（95% CI 0.26～0.35）,score of psychotism by 0.43（95% CI 0.39～0.48）,all having statistical significance（P 〈0.00001）.Conclusion The lung cancer patients had obvious adverse psychosomatic state,therefore it is necessary to adjust the psychosomatic state and also enhance mental health care of the lung cancer patients.
