摘要
目的:观察毒黄素对大鼠胃底平滑肌毒性作用的超微结构影响,探讨毒黄素的中毒作用机制。方法:选择健康SD大鼠18只,分为模型组和正常对照组,每组9只,实验组大鼠经口灌注毒黄素,建立模型后,实验动物均脱臼致死,迅速取出胃底部,采用透射电镜观察细胞超微结构改变。结果:毒黄素主要损伤线粒体、密斑和密体以及毛细血管周围有嗜酸性粒细胞等结构。结论:毒黄素可造成平滑肌亚细胞结构的损伤,为毒黄素中毒机制提供形态学依据。
Objective: to observe ultrastructure of gastric fundus smooth muscle of intoxicated rat by Toxflavin (TXF). Methods: Eighteen normal SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups. After the poi- soned SD rat (150±10g) models establishing by intragastric administration with median lethal doses (8. 4mg/kg) TXF, those rats' gasters were taken out and observed ultrastructural changes under transmission electronic microscope. Results: The vacuole was observed in mitochondria of gastric fundus smooth muscle cell and the crista mitochondriales concentrically ringed. The amount of dense patch and dense body was decreased and the electron density obviously reduced. Conclusion: TXF damages the mitochondria ultrastructure of the gastric fundus smooth muscle cell, which effects the cellular respiration.
