摘要
目的建立芙蓉李中总有机酸含量的质量评价方法。方法以0.1 mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液为滴定液,采用电位滴定法测定芙蓉李中总有机酸含量。结果不同批次芙蓉李鲜果中总有机酸平均含量在0.909%~1.067%之间,平均加样回收率为99.28%,RSD为1.27%(n=6);其他李中总有机酸含量分别为:好莱坞李1.225%,胭脂李0.691%,皇后李1.139%,福建黑李1.381%。结论采用电位滴定法测定李中总有机酸含量,排除了有色共存组分干扰,滴定突跃明显,方法简便、准确,可作为评价芙蓉李中总有机酸含量的质量评价方法。
Objective To establish the quality evaluation method of the total organic acids content of Furong plums. Methods The total organic acids content was determined by potentiometric titration and 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide was used as the titration solution. Results In different batches of Furong plums, the average content of total organic acids was in the range of 0.909% to 1.067%. The average recovery rate was 99.28%, RSD was 1.27%(n=6). The total organic acids content of Hollywood plum, Yanzhi plum, Huanghou plum and Fujianheili were 1.225%, 0.691%, 1.139% and 1.381% respectively. Conclusion Potentiometric titration eliminates interference of the colored coexisting components and the leap of the titration is large, and the method is simple, accurate and can be served as the quality evaluation method for evaluating the total organic acids content of Furong plums.
