摘要
目的观察针刺结合矫形按摩手法治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法比较针刺结合矫形按摩、针刺、矫形按摩3种疗法的疗效。结果针刺结合矫形按摩组有效率93.3%,针刺组有效率88.67%;矫形按摩组有效率83.33%。结论针刺结合矫形按摩手法,加之动静结合的康复功能锻炼,见效快,疗效好。
Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with orthopedic massage manipulation on cervical spondylosis. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture and orthopedic massage group （n=30）, acupuncture group （n=15） and orthopedic massage group （n=15）, and the effective rate of three groups were detected. Results The effective rate was 93.3% in the acupuncture and orthopedic massage group, 88.67% in the acupuncture group, and 83.33% in the orthopedic massage group. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with orthopedic massage, and rehabilitation training of unifying movement and stillness have rapid and excellent curative effect for cervical spondylosis.
