摘要
目的探讨肌萎缩侧硬化症(ALS)和脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)肌电图的表现差异。方法对26例ALS及26例CSM患者进行常规肌电图及神经传导速度测定。结果ALS呈广泛神经源性损害,感觉神经传导速度(SCV)正常;CSM呈节段性神经源性损害,多伴SCV变慢。结论肌电图检查在鉴别ALS及CSM中具有重要价值。
Objective To discuss the manifestation differences of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) on eletromyography. Methods Routine eletromyography and nerve conduction velocity assay were applied to 26 patients with ALS and 26 patients with CSM. Results ALS resulted in extensive nerve sourced lesion with normal SCV, while CSM resulted in segmental nerve sourced lesion with slower SCV in most cases. Conclusion Eletromyography plays important role in identifying a ALS and CSM.
