甲氨蝶呤对寻常型银屑病患者外周血IL-8表达的影响

Effects of methotrexate on interleukin 8 expression in psoriasis V ulgaris

目的探讨甲氨蝶呤(Methotrexate,MTX)对寻常型银屑病患者外周血中自细胞介素8(Inter-leukin 8,IL-8)表达调控作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)技术检测19例寻常型银屑病外周血治疗前,MTX治疗8周后及19例正常对照者外周血IL-8的表达。结果IL-8在寻常型银屑病外周血中治疗前的表达水平为76.84±31.05pg/ml,经过MTX治疗8周后的表达水平为43.25±31.64pg/ml,正常对照者的表达水平为34.79±15.75pg/ml。IL-8在寻常型银屑病外周血治疗前的表达水平明显高于治疗后及正常对照者的表达水平(P<0.01),治疗后的表达水平与正常对照者的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MTX能抑制寻常型银屑病患者外周血lL-8的表达,这可能是MTX治疗银屑病的作用机制之一。

Objective To investigate effects of methotrexate on intedeukin 8 （ IL - 8） in patients with psoriasis vulgaris, Methods Serum levels of IL-8 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in 19 cases with psoriasis vulgaris before and after treatment with MTX for 8 weeks and 19 healthy control. Results Serum levels of IL - 8 before treatment, after treatment and healthy control were 76.84 ± 31.05pg/ml, 43.25 ± 31.64pg/ml and 34.79 ± 1 5.75pg/ml, respectively. Serum levels of IL - 8 before treatment were significantly higher than those after treatment and healthy control（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no significant difference of serum levels of IL - 8 between after treatment group and healthy control group. Conclusion MTX can inhabit the over expression of IL - 8 in patients with psoriasis valgaris, which may be one mechanism of MTX in the treatment of psoriasis.
