摘要
针对社区医疗服务中咨询答疑特点及现有答疑系统存在的不足,本文提出了一个基于B/S模式的智能答疑系统设计方案,采取全自动智能搜索与半自动辅助答疑相结合的方式,建立系统结构模型,解析各个模块功能,其中重点探讨了句子相似度算法的改进,并实现了其在医疗领域的应用。
In view of the existing circumstances and problems in community medical services, an automatic question-answering（Q-A） system based on the B/S scheme is proposed in this paper. The system adopts a way of combining automatic intelligent search and semi-automatic assistant technology. Firstly, a structural model is established, and then the functions of each module are discussed. Besides, an improved similarity algorithm is presented, which is applied well in the domain of medical service.
