孕酮检测在诊断异位妊娠中的应用价值

Progesterone in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨孕酮在诊断异位妊娠中的价值。方法经手术证实的异位妊娠病人70例(异位妊娠组);按孕周相同的原则分三组随机配伍,收集同期就诊的自然流产妇女(自然流产组)、正常宫内妊娠妇女(正常妊娠组)各70例,均用放射免疫法检测血清孕酮并比较结果。结果三组间孕酮的差异有统计学意义;孕酮的诊断界值为166ng/ml,诊断异位妊娠的敏感度和特异度分别为88.6%和79.3%,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为85.3%和76.2%。结论孕酮是诊断异位妊娠一种重要的辅助方法。

Objective To explore the effect of progesterone in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 70 patients with ectopic pregnancy were confirmed by operations. According to the same gestational weeks, 70 spontaneous abortional patients and 70 normal intrauterine pregnant women were enrolled as control. Progesterone in the three groups was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results There was significant difference of progesterone among the three groups. When the cut - off point of progesterone was 166 ng/ml, the sensitivity and the specificity are 88. 6% and 79.3% respectively, and the positive predictive value and negative predictive value are 85.3% and 76. 2% respectively in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion Pregesterone is one of the important adjuvant methods in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
