摘要
为了研究热浸镀铝后球墨铸铁的耐蚀性,通过对热浸镀铝前后球墨铸铁的电化学腐蚀性能进行测试,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物的分析,得到了球墨铸铁和热浸镀铝后球墨铸铁的极化曲线和腐蚀形貌。结果表明:热浸镀铝后球墨铸铁的耐蚀性与腐蚀介质溶液有关。在3.5%NaCl溶液里的球墨铸铁热浸镀铝层耐腐蚀性能比球墨铸铁明显提高,但在5%NaOH溶液和5%HCl溶液里,球墨铸铁热浸镀铝层耐腐蚀性能不如基体球墨铸铁。
To deal with the corrosion resistance of the ductile iron hot-dip aluminum coating of corrosion resistance, the electrochemical corrosion resistances of the hot-dip aluminum pre-and post were tested and corrosion morphology and product of the coating were investigated using scanning electronmicroscopy ( SEM ) and energy-dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results show that there is relationship between the corrosion resistance and the corrosion mediums. The corrosion resistance of ductile iron hot-dip aluminum coating is investigated obviously superior to without coating ductile iron in 3.5% NaC1 water solution and the corrosion resistance reduced to ductile iron in 5% NaOH water solution and 5% HCl water solution.
