摘要
为了对磨损后的聚酰胺(PA)工程塑料零件进行修复,在其表面刷镀镍磷合金。通过氧化聚合的方法在聚酰胺(PA)工程塑料表面形成导电聚合物膜,然后进行直接刷镀,简化了刷镀过程。论述了聚酰胺(PA)工程塑料刷镀工艺,包括预处理(碱除油、粗化、氧化和中和)、催化、刷镀3个阶段;分析了工作电压、镀笔运动速度、刷镀液温度、刷镀液pH等工艺参数和镀液主盐、添加剂等对刷镀层沉积速度的影响。在聚酰胺(PA)工程塑料表面刷镀镍-磷合金,具有耐腐蚀、耐高温、硬度高、配合公差小等优点。
Abraded part of the PA engineering plastic can be restored by means of brush plating of Ni-P alloy. Turning the PA engineering plastic into a film of electric aggregation matter through oxidation and aggregation before setting to work, by which brush plating is predigested. While introducing the three phases in the process of brush plating, the author analyses the effect upon the depositing speed of brush plating film made by parameters such as working voltage, the moving rate of brushing pen, the temperature of brushing liquid, the pH value of brushing liquid as well as main salt component of brush plating liquid and additive. BruSh plating Ni-P ally on PA engineering plastic surface enjoys great advantages such as cauterization-proof, high temperature resistance, sound rigidity, small tolerance, etc.
