摘要
为了研究Ni-P-SiC-PTFE化学复合镀工艺,探讨氨基乙酸、丁二酸、乳酸、表面活性剂对镀层沉积速度和显微硬度的影响,通过正交试验方法,得到了最佳工艺参数,结果表明各参数分别是:表面活性剂为复合表面活性剂,丁二酸浓度为15g/L,乳酸浓度为20mL/L,氨基乙酸浓度为5g/L时,镀层较为理想。
The investigation on electroless Ni-P-SiC-PTFE composite plating was focused. The effects of the concentrations of glycine, succinie acid, lactic acid and the type of surfactants on the deposition rate and microhardness of electroless composite coatings were discussed in detail. On this basis, the process parameters were optimized and the optimum parameters were found.
