摘要
文章针对单一最终产品的多级生产系统,建立了混合制造与再制造的一般批量模型;考虑了制造和再制造的多资源限制,并假设经过再制造出来的产品性能与新制造出来的产品相同,共同满足外部需求;构造了一个惩罚因子随着迭代过程变化而变化的自适应罚函数,把有能力约束的批量问题转换成无能力约束的批量问题后,采用遗传算法对模型进行求解;最后通过具体的算例来验证模型的可行性与算法的有效性,为相关企业进行生产决策提供参考。
This paper aims at establishing a lot sizing model with mixed manufacturing and remanufacturing for a single final product multi-level production system. Assuming that the remanufactured products have the same product performance with the new products and meet the external demand to- gether with the new products, the multi-resource constraints of manufacture and remanufacture have also been taken into consideration. In order to convert capacitated problems into uncapacitated problems, the paper constructs a self-adaptive penalty function, with its penalty coefficient changing with the iterative process, and then the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally, examples are given to validate the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm. This study provides a reference for relevant enterprises in their decision-making process.
