HPLC法测定裸花紫珠药材中木犀草素的含量

HPLC Content Determination of Luteolin in Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.et Arn.

目的测定裸花紫珠中木犀草素的含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱条件为Alltima C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水-磷酸(55∶45∶0.4)为流动相,流速1mL/min;检测波长348nm,柱温:室温。结果木犀草素在0.03246～0.1298μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995);平均回收率为99.52%,RSD=1.58%。结论该方法简便可行,重复性好,可用于裸花紫珠的质量控制。

Objective To determine the content of luteolin in Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Am.. Methods HPLC was performed with chromatographic conditions as follows： Alhima Cla column（250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）with column temperature at 25 ℃ , the mobile phase of methanol -water -phosphate（55： 45： 0. 4）, flow rate at 1 mL/min, and the detection wavelength at 348 nm. Results The linearity of luteolin was good in the range of 0. 032 46 - 0. 129 84 μg（ r = 0. 999 5）. The average recovery was 99.52 % and RSD was 1.58 %. Conclusion The method is simple, feasible and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn..
