两种不同方法检测常见过敏原的对比分析

Comparative analysis of common allergen detected by two different methods

[目的]使用两种不同方法检测变态反应性疾病患者常见过敏原并将其结果作比较分析。[方法]采用皮肤点刺实验、敏筛方法分别对155例患者同时进行两种方法检测其常见过敏原。[结果]检测的155例变态反应性疾病的患者中,皮肤点刺试验阳性率为88.74%,敏筛法阳性率为86.72%。ST-AS的平均敏感度为95.2%、平均特异性为80.7%、平均诊断效率为90.3%,二者差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]两种方法之间有着一定的符合性,任选一种方法对变态反应性疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义。

[ Objective ] This study used two different methods to detect common allergen from allergic patients and analyzes the results. [ Methods] Skin prick test and allergy screen were used to detect common allergen in 155 patients. [Results] The positive rate of skin prick test and allergen screen were 88.74% and 86.72% respectively in the patients. The average sensitive degree of ST - AS was 95.2%. The average specificity was 80.7%. The average diagnose efficiency was 90.3%. The both methods have significantly correlation （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusions] The two methods are coincidence each other. Anyone of the two methods is valuable for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of allergic diseases.
