摘要
建立了鸡蛋中三聚氰胺的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法.样品使用阳离子交换固相萃取柱净化后,使用SB-C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),在流动相为乙腈-0.01 mol/L柠檬酸+0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠(pH值为3.0)(体积比为10∶90),检测波长240 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温40℃,进样量为20μL的色谱条件下测定.结果表明:方法的线性范围为0.5~50 mg/L,最低检出浓度为0.15 mg/kg,定量限为0.5 mg/kg,回收率为101%~115%,相对标准偏差为5.50%~8.34%.具有杂质干扰小、回收率高、重现性好的特点,可推广应用于鸡蛋中的三聚氰胺的检测.
An analytical method of melamine in eggs by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was presented.The sample was purified by a cation exchange solid-phase extraction column,separated by a SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L citric acid+0.01 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate(pH=3.0)(10∶90,v/v) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and determined by a photodiode array detector at 240 nm of detection wavelength.The results show that a linear calibration curve is obtained in the concentration range of 0.550 mg/L.The qualification limit is 0.15 mg/kg,and the quantification limit is 0.5 mg/kg,the recovery is 101%115%,the relative standard deviation is 5.50%8.34%.The method shows little interference,good recovery and repeatability.It can be introduced in the detection of melamine in eggs.
