女性甲亢患者血清瘦素水平与身体成分的相关性 被引量:4

Correlations between serum leptin levels and body composition in female patients with hyperthyroidism

摘要 目的:探讨女性甲亢患者血清瘦素水平的变化与其身体成分的相关关系。方法:采用放射免疫分析法(R IA)检测33例女性甲亢患者和12例女性正常对照者血清瘦素水平,同时应用双能X线吸收法(DXA)测量全身的骨矿盐含量(简称骨量)、脂肪量和肌肉量。结果:女性甲亢组血清瘦素水平与正常对照组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。血清瘦素水平与全身骨量呈显著正相关(r=0.447,n=33,P<0.01),与全身脂肪量(r=0.501,n=33,P<0.01)呈显著正相关,与全身肌肉量无明显相关性(r=0.101,n=33,P>0.05)。结论:女性甲亢患者身体骨量和脂肪量的变化与血清瘦素水平明显相关。 Aim:To investigate the correlations between serum leptin levels and body composition of female patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods: The level of serum leptin was determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 33 female patients with hyperthyroidism and 12 normal controls, respectively. Meanwhile, body composition including total bone mineral content (BMC), total fat mass and total lean mass were determined with dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA). Results: The levels of serum leptin of female patients with hyperthyroidism did not differ from that normal controls and serum leptin levels positively correlated with total bone mass ( r = 0. 447, n = 33, P 〈 0. 01 ) and total fat mass ( r = 0. 501, n = 33 ,P 〈0. 01 ) ,as did not correlate with total lean mass(r =0. 101, n =33, P 〉0. 05). Conclusion:Serum leptin levels positively correlated with total bone mass and total fat mass in female patients with hyperthyroidism.
