底物浓度对月鳢主要消化酶活性的影响

摘要 分别采用干酪素、TAME、可溶性淀粉和橄榄油为底物,对月鳢(Channa asiatica)成鱼各消化酶活性在胃粘膜、前肠粘膜和肝胰脏等组织中的最适底物浓度进行了测定。结果表明,在胃粘膜、前肠粘膜和肝胰脏组织中,蛋白酶的最适底物浓度分别为2%、2%和1%的干酪素,胰蛋白酶的分别为0.52×10-3mol/L、0.52×10-3mol/L和1.56×10-3mol/L的TAME,淀粉酶的分别为3.00%、0.25%和0.25%的可溶性淀粉,脂肪酶的分别为11.4%、17.6%和39.1%的橄榄油;同一消化酶所对应的最适底物浓度在不同组织存在一定差异。 Using casein,TAME,dissolvable starch,olive oil as substrate respectively,the optimal substrate concentrations for digestive enzymes activities of various tissues were studied in Channa asiatica. The results showed that the optimal values of substrate concentrations for protease in the stomach mucosa,foregut mucosa and hepatopancreas of C. asiatica adults were 2%,2% and 1% casein,for trypsin were 0.52×10-3 mol/L,0.52×10-3 mol/L and 1.56×10-3 mol/L TAME,for amylase were 3.00%,0.25% and 0.25% dissolvable starch,and for lipase were 11.4%,17.6% and 39.1% olive oil respectively. There exited some difference among the optimal values of substrate for specific digestive enzyme in different digestive tissues.
