循环内皮细胞：一种新的血管损伤标志
Circulating endothelial cells： a new marker of endothelial damage
摘要
血管损伤是许多疾病的病理基础，健康人血浆中循环内皮细胞的含量很少，因此它的血浆水平的改变可以用来预测血管内皮功能的变化。由于循环内皮细胞的灵敏性和特异性，其在许多疾病的诊断、治疗及预后评价方面具有重要作用。但由于对其鉴定缺乏统一的标准，它的临床应用受到了一定限制。该文对循环内皮细胞的来源、脱落机制、与其他血管损伤标志和疾病的关系进行综述，探讨其在临床的应用。
