Maintain Three Relationships in Cultural Construction

文化建设是科学发展的重要基础。在文化建设过程中,需要处理好三个大的关系:一是文化价值与文化载体的关系;二是文化的政治意义与经济价值的关系;三是文化的投入与产出规律的关系。在此基础上,文化建设才能更加充满活力。

Cultural construction is the significant base for scientific development. There are three relationships to be dealt with carefully in the process of cultural construction, namely, the relationship between values of culture and cultural carriers, the relationship between political meanings and economic values of culture, and the relationship between cultural input and output. Only by maintaining these three relationships can we build a more vigorous cultural.
