近年来伴随着生活节奏的加快,竞争机制的引入,家庭暴力案件呈上升趋势。家庭暴力是一种侵犯公民人身权利的违法犯罪行为,且使家庭不稳定,社会不和谐的后果恶劣且持久。近两年吉林省针对家庭暴力问题日趋严重的情况,相继制定并出台了相关的政策及法规条例,对问题的解决起到了有益的借鉴和帮助。

In recent years, accompanied by the accelerated pace of life and the introduction of competition mechanism, cases of domestic violence tended to rise. Domestic violence is the violation of law which infrings upon personal fights with the bad and lasting consequences of family instability and social disharmony. In recent years, aiming at the increasingly serious family problems, Jilin province constituted and made out corresponding policies, laws and regulations, which serve as the reference and help to solve the problems.
