摘要
对社会弱势群体的保护本身就是制度正义的要求,残疾人就业优先权是社会正义的重要表现。残疾人就业和企业社会责任有着高度的相关性,随着企业对社会责任认识的逐渐深入,残疾人就业趋势呈良性发展。
Protection of disadvantaged groups is the request of system justice. The priority of disabled employment is the important embodiment of social justice. The disabled employment is closely related with corporate social responsibility. As corporates further understand social responsibilities, disabled employment tends to show a positive growing momentum.
