职业化视野下的记者角色定位

The Role Positioning of Reporters from the Perspective of Professionalization

在新闻实践中,记者职业权力的特殊性决定了记者本身是一个矛盾角色的结合体。从职业化的角度来看,专业主义要求记者在不违背职业道德的前提下,以客观报道新闻事件为首任。在执行专业任务时,作为一个职业记者,对于自己的角色定位应理智地视情况而定。在报道之前,首先考虑该报道值不值得以牺牲某些人的利益为代价。当新闻事件是可操控的,记者就应遵从职业角色,反之则是社会角色。另外,在参与事件进程的报道中,如果职业角色阻碍了事件进程,那么就应该从事件参与的角色中撤出来。

In professionalization perspective, professionalism requests that reporters should take objective report as the premier thing. As a professional reporter, he has to position himself correctly and wisely while performing a task. Before reporting, he should consider firstly that whether this report is worth sacrificing someone＇s benefits. When the news events are controllable, the reporter should be professional, otherwise he is social. Besides, in the process of reporting, if the profession hinders the event, the reporter should withdraw from the news events.
