干法灰化-ICP-AES法测定奶粉中的磷

Determination of Phosphorus in Milk Powder Ashed by Drying with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

用干法灰化法处理奶粉样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了样品中磷的含量,并研究了干法灰化最佳温度和仪器最佳工作条件.本法与其他方法比较,处理样品方法简单、快速,测定结果准确可靠,方法检出限为0.0505 mg/L,回收率为95.8%—105.2%.

The content of phosphorus in milk powder ased by drying method was determined by ICP-AES （in-ductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry）. The optimal temperature of ashing temperature was studied and the best working conditions of instrument were established. The method was simple, rapid and accurate. The detection limit was 0. 505 mg/L,and the recovery was in the range of 95.8%--105.2%.
