摘要
基于引进技术的消化吸收,在客运专线道岔的研究设计中,优化心轨及钩锁结构,取消了转换凸缘,并通过工、电联合设计,针对心轨、翼轨及锁钩等部件提出了多种优化方案,应用有限元方法进行准静态荷载作用下的外锁机构强度分析和可动心轨一动扭转分析,在保证结构强度的前提下,解决了心轨扭曲"翻背"问题,保证了4mm不锁闭。
Based on the digestion and absorption of introduced technology, the structure of nose rail and hook-lock is optimized in the study and design of turnout of passenger dedicated line. The conversion flange of nose rail is canceled. Several optimization schemes for nose rail, wing rail and hook-lock are presented by power-electric co-design. The analysis of out-locker strength and nose rail torsion under quasistatic load is made by using finite element method. Under the premise of ensuring structural strength, the problems of 'Turning-back' for nose rail are solved for ensuring 4 mm non-locking.
