摘要
以较低的成本达到更好的激励效果,是企业管理者追求的目标之一。在H-M模型的基础上,引入贴现因子建立的物质与非物质组合激励模型,能够对企业所有者和企业经理期望收入的改进情况进行有效的分析。
One of the targets, persured by the enterprise managers, is to use lower costs to achieve better incentive effect. By introducing the discount factor into the H-M model, we creat an incentive portfolio model which combines both the material and non-material incentives. This model can effectively the improvement on the expected income of both enterprise owners and managers. analyze
