摘要
人们在关注企业核心员工的财富创造能力的同时,往往忽视了企业外围员工的价值,更少顾及针对外围员工的管理方式的思考。事实上,企业外围员工对企业经营的成败具有不可或缺的作用。所以,弄清楚外围员工的范围、特征,并探寻适合其特征的管理方式,对于发挥外围员工的作用是有积极意义的。
People concerned about their cadre employees of the ability to create wealth, however, they are often overlooked the value of peripheral employee, regardedless for the reform of peripheral employees' management. So the study of the range and the feature of peripheral employees as well as their particular management style will make the productivity of peripheral employees higher.
