摘要
目的利用扩散张量成像(DTI)技术研究首发精神分裂症患者主要脑区白质纤维束的异常。方法选取12例首发精神分裂症患者(患者组)和12例与患者组性别、年龄、受教育程度等相匹配的健康志愿者(对照组)进行DTI扫描,测量胼胝体膝部、压部,内囊前肢、后肢,海马头,杏仁核,双侧额叶白质,扣带束前部的部分各向异性(FA值),并对结果进行统计学分析。结果患者组内左右两侧额叶(0.516±0.088,0.545±0.064)、对照组内左右两侧额叶(0.525±0.055,0.528±0.054)等分别比较各脑区左右两侧相对应感兴趣区FA值均差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。患者组左侧海马头(0.174±0.030)FA值低于对照组(0.203±0.020),差异有显著性(P〈0.05),余脑区感兴趣区FA值患者组与对照组间差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论首发精神分裂症患者左侧海马头纤维束存在异常。
Objective To measure white matter fiber tracts in some brain regions of using the diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in patients with first-onset schizophrenia. Methods DTI was performed in 12 patients with first-onset schizophrenia and 12 gender , age, and education matched controls. Fractional anisotropy (FA) were measured in regions of interest (ROI) of different anatomic sites, sueh as genu and splenium of corpus eallosum, anterior and posterior limb of internal capsule, head of hippoeampus, amygdaloid body, frontal white matter, and anterior eingulate faseieulus. Results ( 1 ) No differences of FA values in ROIs between left and right sides were found in both patients ( frontal lobe, 0.516 ±0.088,0. 545 ±0. 064 ) and controls ( frontal lobe,0. 525 ±0. 055, 0.528 ±0.054) (P 〉 0.05 ). (2) FA values of DTI showed significantly lower in the head of left hippoeampus in first-onset schizophrenia(0. 174 ± 0. 030) than that in controls (0.203±0. 020) (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Integrity of white matter fiber was disrupted in the head of left hippoeampus in patients with first-onset schizophrenia.
