Design on Direct Torque Control of Speed Sensorless of Induction Motor

摘要 对磁链调节器与转矩调节器进行计算并结合磁链位置判断,选取合适的定子电压矢量,实现感应电机圆形磁链的直接转矩控制;采用以定子磁链和转子磁链为状态变量的全阶闭环磁链观测器,实现转速的自适应辨识。实验结果表明,定子电流为正弦波且谐波小,电磁转矩稳态和动态性能好,电机的辨识速度能准确跟踪真实转速。 Calculated flux controller and torque controller, chosen stator voltage vector according to the signal of stator flux location, realized direct torque control based on round flux track. Established full order flux state observer was established based on state variables of stator flux and rotor flux, the rotor real- ized speed estimation adaptively. The experimental results show that the stator current is a sine curve with little harmonics, the electrics torque has good dynamic and steady response performance. The estimated speed can accurately track the actual speed.
