摘要
从驱动控制模式和闭环算法两个方面讨论了无刷直流电机调速系统,完成了基于dsPIC30F6010的SVPWM技术的实现,并对速度闭环采用变速积分的PID算法,有效地消除了积分饱和现象,使电机的调速过程更加快速平稳;实验结果验证了控制提成和算法的正确性。
Discussed the adjusting speed system in hrushless DC motor from the view of two points of the driving mode and the close-loop algorithm. The SVPWM technic was realized by dsPIC30F6010, and used the speed close-loop PID algorithm with gear-shift integral, banished the integral saturation problem, made motor adjusting speed process rapid and smooth. The experiment result show that the control and algorithm are correctness.
