摘要
介绍了一个以TMS320F2812为控制核心、采用电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转技术实现对三相混合式步进电机的全数字细分控制系统;分析了细分驱动原理,并对细分的实现方法做了改进,以实现任意可变细分。实验结果表明,系统具有良好的性能和较好的灵活性。
Introduced a digital micro-stepping control system for three-phase hybrid step motor based on TMS320F2812 and the method of current vector even rotation with uniform amplitude. Analyzed the basic principles of step motor micro-stepping derive, the implement method of the improved micro-stepping such that the system could achieve arbitrary variable micro-stepping. The experiment result indicates the system can achieve excellent performance and flexility.
