摘要
针对数字信号处理器TMS320F2801和智能功率模块FSBB30CH60F构成的永磁同步电机伺服控制器,设计了一套完善的保护方案,包括过流、短路、过压、欠压和过热保护。实际应用表明,保护方案稳定可靠,抗干扰能力强,解决了容易出现误保护的问题,能适应恶劣的工业环境。
For the PMSM and smart power module servo controller which was composed of digital signal processor TMS320F2801 FSBB3OCH60, designed a perfect system protection method, including over current, short circuit, over voltage, under voltage and over temperature protection. The actual tests showed that the protection method is reliable, anti-jamming capability. This method can adapt to adverse industrial environment, solve the wrong protection problem.
